I’ve been craving for some easy and delicious lunches and especially different salads. For this summer I’ve been experimenting with different things and ingredients. Sometimes I just crave for something very easy and simple flavors. What’s better than using some seasonal ingredients? I’ve been trying to grow some edible flowers. - 4 tomato
- 1 mozzarella
- olive oil
- pinch salt (lemon)
- black pepper
Slice the tomatoes and share the slices to two. Add the slices to plates in a circular form.
Slice the mozzarella to thin slices and the slices between the tomatoes. You can shred the slices to a smaller pieces to get some mozzarella between every tomato.
Drizzle olive oil on top of the tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle some pinch salt on top and add some freshly ground black pepper.
Lastly add some fresh basil leaves and serve!
You can change the tomatoes from the basic tomatoes to e.g. plum tomatoes or try different colored tomatoes.
Enjoy a slice of freshly baked bread with this salad.
